Getting your seafood on starts with our Ahi Tuna Stack, or any one of our other seafood starters. We use the Ahi Tuna Stack as our example due to it being a super tasty starter that will take your taste buds to new heights.

The Ahi Tuna Stack features sashimi grade yellowfin tuna as its star ingredient. This dish is generously garnished with guacamole, sriracha aioli, and a tantalizing ginger-soy glaze, creating a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving more. To add an extra layer of texture and excitement, each stack is elegantly crowned with sesame seeds, while crispy wonton crisps provide a satisfying crunch with every bite.

Here’s another unique seafood dish for your main course. What do you do when you can’t decide between our Island Crab Cakes or a perfectly cooked Grouper? You let our chef fuse them together into our delicious Crab-Stuffed Grouper. The island’s Grouper population loves our Island Crab Cakes so much, that all a local fishermen has to do is dangle our crab cakes over the side of the boat and the grouper just line up one by one!

Our chef takes a big portion of fresh grouper, makes sure he is good and stuffed full of our Island Crab Cake, bakes the whole thing perfectly, and then adds a citrus beurre blanc sauce. The grouper comes out tender and flaky, and the slightly sweet crab cake filling goes great with the tangy and buttery sauce. This is seafood fusion at it’s finest, and it makes for a great seafood dinner on the island. Just don’t ask the crab his opinion of the dish!
